The location of the hotel was perfect and there was a very...
The location of the hotel was perfect and there was a very nice room terrace. Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located near most of the interesting places and there is a metroline right at the end of the street connecting it to the airport and other parts of town.
The big problem was that having booked the room, we were informed that there was no window. We protested immediately but were told that this particular booking could not be changed. Very strange as bookings via booking.com normally can be changed up to the day of arrival. We survived, but it would be fair to inform specifically about information of this nature befrie booking - it is not pleasant to stay in a room without windows and something that one normally does not check as a window is an essential and natural part of a room - and to be open to alter reservation of rooms of this kind. We were told that the it system did not allow alterations for this particular room! Otherwise a nice hotel - with an ideal location.

A basic hotel, which was excellent for our needs, in a good, safe location.
Excellent view from hotel's rooftop relaxing area. Very good position close to Clarke Quay and the Chinese district. Can also walk to the metro which is easy to use getting you to other sights. Hotel staff were very helpful.
Not too keen on the condensed milk for breakfast!

Great location and friendly staff!
The views from the terraces are excellent, especially the roof. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The proximity is very good too, especially for the Grand Prix where I had a fairly short walk to the circuit entrance.
My bedroom had no windows! However the price reflects this shortfall and it was otherwise very comfortable albeit small. This is not a problem if you only want a room to sleep in: the plusses comfortably outweigh the negatives.

It's alright
The location is very good, and staff are very friendly.
The floor isn't very clean. The first day when we entered the bathroom, there is an unknown liquid on the floor.
